Financial Manager of PIU
Qualification requirements:
- University degree in finance, economics, accounting or related fields;
- Total work experience of at least 7 years in finance, economics or accounting or related fields;
- At least 5 years of experience in the World Bank and / or other donor-funded projects as a financial manager, disbursement specialist or accountant with a good track record;
- In-depth knowledge of the policies and procedures of the World Bank and other donors in the field of FM / disbursements. Extensive experience with WB Client Connection and other donor systems;
- Having internationally recognized professional accounting qualification is an advantage;
- A verifiable excellent and conscientious track record at highest integrity levels in previous positions;
- Knowledge of the national tax legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and extensive experience in preparing financial statements;
- Knowledge of 1C programs: Accounting and good skills in working with computer programs Excel, Word and other Microsoft tools;
- Knowledge of business written English and fluency in Russian.
